If you call or email us instead, we hold the contact details and job information you provide in that conversation. We do not ask for payment card details through this website and never request them by email. ## How we use it We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a quotation, carry out and invoice the work, and keep records of what was installed or repaired so we can honour the 12-month warranty and support any future service visit. We may contact you about your enquiry or an existing job. They process the information only on our instructions. ## How long we keep it Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they remain useful, then deleted.
